What does a full
fit-out cost?

Against the cost of unproductive meetings, a meeting room that works is a small line item that pays for itself.

Basic

A complete basic setup starts at around €700 per planned seat. Over a five-year depreciation, that's under €12 a month – a useful benchmark next to typical salary costs.

Advanced

A highly functional full setup can exceed €3,500 per planned seat. Over five years, still under €60 a month — small against the cost of the people using the meeting room.

Most of the industry pays planners to close deals. We don't. Our planners are salaried – the only thing we measure them on is whether you'd plan with us again.

    If the right answer is "you don't need another sprint-kit", that's the answer you get. You can walk away mid-process. No hard feelings.

    We won’t force a fit.

    If your requirements, budget or room aren't a fit, we'll say so — and point you to someone who is. We'd rather lose a deal than your trust.

    No strings attached.

    Sending the form commits you to nothing. After the call you can order right away, come back in six months, or never at all — entirely your call.
