Shipping policy
IMPORTANT UPON DELIVERY
Please ensure the space at the point of use is accessible at the time of delivery. Check the products immediately upon receipt. If packaging or products appear damaged, please note this on the delivery slip before signing and contact us. Only then will the carrier's insurance cover any transport damages. If anything goes wrong, contact us immediately.
DELIVERY PERIOD
2-4 weeks for in-stock items, over 80% of orders arrive within 2 weeks.
During peak periods or depending on our shipping partners’ route planning, it can occasionally take up to 4 weeks — but that’s the exception, not the rule. If the delivery is delayed beyond that, we’ll inform you immediately.
The delivery time for Preorders is around 12 weeks after payment, depending on the product and the current production cycle.
If your project requires precise delivery dates, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the expected timeline.
For deliveries outside Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, shipping may take about a week longer.
If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch — we’ll do our best to make it work.
SHIPPING METHODS
Most of our products require two-man freight delivery, delivered directly to the point of use (e.g. the room where the products will be used). For larger orders, packaging removal and on-site assembly can be added upon request.
SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping costs include cargo insurance and the expenses for customs clearance and import processing, which account for the majority of delivery costs, especially outside the EU (Switzerland, UK).
