We’ve got you covered. Our warranty includes everything, from castors to mechanical components. We firmly stand behind the quality and durability of our products. They’re designed to withstand intensive use, and that includes covering any qualifying repair work at no extra charge.
Warranty Terms
Our two-year manufacturer’s warranty covers all material and workmanship defects on all Studiotools products, subject to the conditions listed below.
The warranty is valid for two years starting from the delivery date. If the delivery document is no longer available, the purchase date applies. Products from the Pro line (Easel, Cube, Standing Table, Toolbox, Wall Rail, Trolley) benefit from an extended warranty of five years. Any services beyond the stated warranty periods are offered on a goodwill basis and remain at the sole discretion of Studiotools.
This warranty is granted only to the original purchaser who buys new Studiotools products directly. All products, parts, or components must have been assembled and used in accordance with the published Studiotools instructions. The warranty applies to purchases made after October 1, 2022. If these requirements are met, the warranty is valid. In case of uncertainty or dispute, Studiotools alone reserves the right to make the final determination of what is and isn’t covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
These warranty terms apply from October 1, 2022, and remain valid until revoked or replaced by updated terms.
What happens if there’s a product issue?
Studiotools will assess the product and, if the defect is covered under warranty, arrange for either repair by an authorized service provider or replacement with the same or a comparable product. If the case qualifies as a warranty issue, Studiotools will cover all costs for repairs, replacement parts, labor, and travel expenses for service personnel. This does not apply to unauthorized repair work. Replaced parts become the property of Studiotools. If any components are missing, Studiotools will supply a suitable replacement.
What’s not covered under warranty?
The warranty does not apply to products that were stored, received, or assembled incorrectly or not according to our guidelines, used improperly, handled outside the scope of the user manual, or cleaned with unsuitable agents. Normal wear and tear, cuts, scratches, or impact damage from accidents are not covered. Neither are consumables such as markers or cleaning cloths. The warranty also excludes all products from the RAW line (any product with “RAW” in its name), custom-made items, discounted or clearance products, second-quality items, or products that have been modified by Studiotools at the customer’s request.
For third-party items (e.g. Sony displays or Poly videobars), the warranty of the respective manufacturer applies. Studiotools does not provide any warranty or accept any liability for third-party products.
